AFC를 진행하고 샘플이 프렛에 부딪히도록 합니다.샘플이 컬럼에 완전히 들어가면 이전에 준비한 PBS를 저장소에 추가합니다. AFC가 먼저 보이드 볼륨을 수집한 다음 지정된 분수를 수집하는 동안 AFC의 실행을 모니터링합니다. 실행이 완료되고 캐러셀이 폐기물 위치로 돌아가면 캐러셀에서 덮개와 분수 튜브를 제거합니다.100R Mtb CFP 3 밀리그램에서 수집 한 0.5 밀리미터 분획의 경우, 각 샘플의 1 내지 7 번 분획에 대해 1 : 3 희석 된 micro-BCA를 사용하여 단백질 농도를 삼중으로 측정합니다. 5에서 13까지 번호가 매겨진 0.5 밀리리터 분획의 경우 각 샘플에 대해 희석하지 않은 BCA를 삼중으로 사용하십시오.
