Основываясь на семействе семейных наследственных кардиомиопатий, найденных в нашей клинической работе, мы создали модель мыши C57BL / 6N с точечной мутацией (G823E) в локусе MYH7 мыши с помощью CRISPR / Cas9-опосредованной геномной инженерии для проверки этой мутации.
