Her præsenterer vi en protokol til oprettelse af ortotopiske hepatocellulære carcinomxenotransplantater med og uden leverarterieligering og udfører ikke-invasiv positronemissionstomografi (PET) billeddannelse af tumorhypoxi ved hjælp af [18 F] Fluoromisonidazol ([18 F] FMISO) og [18 F] fluorodeoxyglucose ([18F] FDG).
