Le présent protocole décrit la fabrication de microsphères poreuses hautement ouvertes (HOPM) à base de poly(acide lactique-co-glycolique) au moyen de la technologie microfluidique facile basée sur la formulation à émulsion unique. Ces microsphères ont des applications potentielles dans l’ingénierie tissulaire et le criblage de médicaments.
