Il presente protocollo descrive la fabbricazione di microsfere porose altamente aperte (HOPM) a base di acido poli(lattico-co-glicolico) attraverso la tecnologia microfluidica facile basata sulla formulazione a singola emulsione. Queste microsfere hanno potenziali applicazioni nell'ingegneria tissutale e nello screening dei farmaci.
