TA 근육의 조직학적 변화는 DART 또는 ISOM 훈련 3일 후에 연구되었습니다.헤마톡실린 및 에오신 염색은 DART 및 ISOM 그룹 모두에서 근육 손상 정도가 낮았지만 근육 손상은 ISOM 그룹 모두에서 약간 더 분명함을 나타냈습니다. 전방 경골 근육의 수축을 구체적으로 자극하고 복용량 조정 저항 훈련 중에 이러한 근육이 작동해야하는 저항을 정확하게 조정하는 것이 중요합니다. 이 절차에 따라 조사관은 저항에 대한 반복적 인 근육 수축으로 인한 피로 및 부상에 대한 감수성의 형태로 운동 내성을 평가할 수 있습니다.이 기술은 마우스 모델에 대한 연구, 근이영양증과 같은 신경근 질환 및 스포츠 부상의 마우스 모델과 같은 다양한 기본 및 전임상 연구 응용 프로그램에 통합될 수 있습니다.
