Il presente protocollo illustra un metodo per valutare ex vivo le proprietà biofisiche delle riparazioni tendinee. Un materiale di sutura in politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) è stato valutato con questo metodo e confrontato con altri materiali in condizioni diverse.
