1. 试样的准备

</ol>2. DCB 测试的 ML 测量

LS测试期间的ML轮廓图像和动画使用四向相机系统记录（图6C）。在这种情况下，粘附物是喷砂铝（A5052），粘合剂是双组分环氧粘合剂。拉伸剪切强度（TSS）值为23 MPa，采用拉伸荷载下断裂荷载值（N）和粘接面积（mm2）计算得出。此外，TSS值可被视为结构粘合接头18强度的指标。虽然TSS值通常用作粘合强度的指标，但未研究对改善接头设计至关重要的背景物理性能，例如机械行为。

此外，前后视图中的ML线表明发生了裂纹扩展，这与DCB测试中的现象相同。最后，两个ML点在中心结合后，在粘合层的中心点观察到强烈的机械发光。这表明粘合剂层中的应变浓度以及随后在粘合剂层上产生的横向裂纹，类似于之前的工作11。此信息对于确定应力/应变浓度的位置很有用。因此，这意味着需要改进应力分散以实现坚固可靠的接头设计。
与DCB测试不同，LS测试会导致粘合接头高速破裂。LS测试在粘合层中产生高应变率，然后是高强度的机械发光，在记录的ML图像中饱和，在一个图像中积累许多事件，并产生不清楚的ML图像。在这些情况下，可以使用明智的记录速率选择进行故障排除（例如，选择适合LS测试中事件速度的高记录速率，例如25 fps）11。

机械发光（ML）传感材料是在机械刺激下反复发出强光的功能性陶瓷粉末。即使在弹性变形1，2，3，4的区域内也观察到这种现象。当分散到结构表面时，单个ML颗粒充当灵敏的机械传感器，二维（2D）ML图案反映了动态应变分布。ML 发射模式显示了应变分布2，3，4，5，6，7，8，9，10，11，12 的机械模拟（图 1A）。
