1. 准备

3. 手术技术
<ol><li>血管研究时间（图2）<ol><li>按照步骤2.3中所述对要治疗的静脉的长度和直径进行超声引导研究。将患者置于静压位置，并通过超声探头进行血管研究。</li>
		<li>用超声波评估回流时间（RT），它定义了终端阀的失能程度。RT的生理值为0.1 s<RT<0.5 s，而RT>0.5 s表示病理状况4。通过评估加莱安德罗四分位数进行严重程度分类11.</li>
		<li>使用ECD，确定用于治疗GSV的上腹部静脉和终端前瓣膜之间的连接处（图2），或用于治疗SSV的隐腘连接处。</li>
	</ol></li>
	<li>手术时间（图3）<ol><li>在针头插入区域用 1-1.5 mL 的 10 mg/mL 甲哌卡因诱导局部麻醉。</li>
		<li>根据Seldinger技术12 （使用血管造影针，导丝和引入器）在相关连接处下游14-16厘米处进行超声引导的隐静脉导管插入术（GSV / SSV）（图3A）。</li>

	</ol></li>
	<li>注射时间（图4）<ol><li>用超声探头在分叉本身下游的分叉水平上压缩腿部，以阻止大隐静脉中的血流（图4A）。 注意：超声探头的压缩必须很强，并在整个过程中保持。</li>
		<li>用葡萄糖溶液（约2mL）冲洗介绍人的死体积。</li>

	</ol></li>
	<li>关闭时间（图5）<ol><li>立即用手掌进行手动按压，从插入部位开始，沿着静脉过程3-5分钟。同时，始终将超声探头的压缩保持在结的水平（图5）。</li>
	</ol></li>
	<li>结论时间<ol><li>在按压结束时，抬起手并验证插入部位没有出血。</li>

我们发现患者对治疗感到满意。NPRS（数字疼痛评定量表）显示七名患者中的得分为3分，而其余的评分在0到2之间。7名评分为3分（提示疼痛）的患者接受200mg布洛芬治疗，根据需要每天1至3次，持续4天。在所有随访期间，腿部疼痛的消退均保持不变（表5），70%的患者（63名受试者）腿部水肿明显减少。所有患者在2天内恢复正常作息，1周内全部重新开始工作活动（轻或重）（表4）。
