이 연구는 신경 혈관 저산소증-허혈-망막 정맥 폐색 (RVO) 모델에서 카스파 아제 활성화 및 기능을 보여줍니다7,8. 망막과 같은 복잡한 조직에는 신경교 세포, 뉴런 및 혈관 구조7을 포함하여 RVO에서 유도 된 저산소증 허혈에 의해 영향을받을 수있는 여러 세포 유형이 있습니다. 성인 마우스 망막에서는 면역조직화학(IHC)7으로 측정한 건강한 조직에서 명백한 카스파제의 발현이 거의 없지만, 발달9 또는 망막 질환 모델10,11에서는 그렇지 않습니다.
