يقدم هذا البروتوكول نهجا مفصلا للتحقيق في استجابات الإجهاد والاسترخاء في القصبة الهوائية. يعد التحقيق في استجابات الإجهاد والاسترخاء في القصبة الهوائية أمرا بالغ الأهمية لفهم أبحاث الميكانيكا الرئوية. للبدء ، قم بعمل شق عمودي في خط الوسط على طول عنق الجثة وكشف الغضروف الدرقي والغضروف الكريكود والقصبة الهوائية من العظم اللامي إلى الشق فوق القصبي.حصاد الحنجرة والقصبة الهوائية كاملة الطول باستخدام شفرة 10 أرقام. افصل عينة القصبة الهوائية عن الحنجرة ثم اقطع أنبوب القصبة الهوائية طوليا على طول كامل على جانب واحد باستخدام الشفرة. قطع القصبة الهوائية إلى شريطين محيطيين بعرض خمسة ملليمترات تقريبا وشريطين طوليين بعرض خمسة ملليمترات تقريبا عن بعد مع الحد الأدنى لطول هذه الشرائط 25 ملم.انتقل إلى المجلد المضغوط الذي تم تنزيله، ثم استخرج محتوياته وانتقل إلى مجلد الفشل فقط. قم بتخزين البيانات من العينات التي تم اختبارها في ملف Microsoft Excel باستخدام اصطلاح تسمية ملف mm/dd/yy. افتح ملف العينة الذي تم اختباره في 30 أبريل 2022 في مجلد الفشل فقط وتعرف على علامات تبويب أوراق العمل المتعددة التي تحتوي على البيانات الخام من كل عينة تعرضت لعطل ميكانيكي في هذا التاريخ بالذات.تأكد من تسمية العينات باستخدام نوع العينة ورقم العينة واصطلاح ملف النسبة المئوية لمستوى الإجهاد قبل التمدد. حدد علامة التبويب ورقة العمل TA_1_0٪تأكد من تسمية أعمدة رأس البيانات الخام كما هو موضح في مخطوطة النص وأغلق ملف Microsoft Excel الحالي، ثم ارجع إلى دليل العمل الخاص ببرنامج تحليل البيانات وانتقل إلى مجلد الاسترخاء. قم بتخزين البيانات من عينات المجموعة التجريبية التي تم اختبارها في تاريخ معين في ملف Microsoft Excel كما هو موضح سابقا.افتح مجلد الاسترخاء وتعرف على علامات تبويب أوراق العمل المتعددة التي تحتوي على بيانات تخفيف الحمل الخام من كل عينة في المجموعة التجريبية التي تم اختبارها في ذلك التاريخ المحدد. توقف مؤقتا ولاحظ أن كل عينة من العينات تعرضت لعطل ميكانيكي تحت التحميل الميكانيكي للشد كما هو موضح في علامات تبويب ورقة العمل المضمنة في ملف Microsoft Excel هذا. تأكد من تنسيق بيانات تخفيف التحميل الخام لكل عينة مشار إليها بواسطة أي علامة تبويب ورقة عمل بشكل صحيح، ثم قم بحفظ ملف Microsoft Excel الحالي وإغلاقه.ارجع إلى دليل العمل الخاص ببرنامج تحليل البيانات وانتقل إلى فشل المجلد بعد الاسترخاء. تأكد من وجود ملف Microsoft Excel بنفس التاريخ كما هو الحال في مجلد الاسترخاء. افتح ملف Excel في مجلد ما بعد الاسترخاء الخاص بالفشل وتعرف على علامات تبويب أوراق عمل متعددة تحتوي كل منها على بيانات فشل ميكانيكي خام من نفس العينات الموجودة في مجلد الاسترخاء.تأكد من تنسيق عمود رأس كل عينة لبيانات الفشل الميكانيكي الخام بشكل صحيح. أغلق ملف Microsoft Excel الحالي وارجع إلى دليل العمل الخاص ببرنامج تحليل البيانات. افتح اختبار ملف Microsoft Excelالتواريخ.xlsx الذي سيوجه التعليمات البرمجية لتحليل تواريخ الاختبار المحددة من قبل المستخدم. أدرج تواريخ الاختبار في العمود الأول بتنسيق mm/dd/yy. في العمود الثاني ، أشر باستخدام Y أو N إلى ما إذا كانت العينات الموجودة في تاريخ الاختبار من المجموعة التجريبية التي تتضمن تخفيف الإجهاد متبوعا بفشل ميكانيكي.في العمود الثالث ، حدد ما إذا كانت أي عينات من المجموعة الضابطة تظهر عطلا ميكانيكيا مباشرا. احفظ ملف Microsoft Excel الحالي وأغلقه وارجع إلى دليل العمل الخاص ببرنامج تحليل البيانات، ثم افتح ملف البرنامج النصي الرئيسي main_relax_failure. m ، حدد السهم الأخضر الكبير على واجهة البرنامج لتشغيل التعليمة البرمجية.بدلا من ذلك ، اكتب تشغيل calc الرئيسي الاسترخاء في نافذة الأوامر. عند المطالبة، أدخل مستويات استطالة ثابتة مفصولة بفواصل بنسبة مئوية للمجموعات التجريبية المختلفة واضغط على موافق، ثم أدخل فترات اختبار الإجهاد والاسترخاء المفصولة بفواصل في ثوان لمختلف المجموعات التجريبية واضغط على موافق. بمجرد تشغيل التعليمة البرمجية بنجاح، تأكد من توفر النتائج المحسوبة في دليل العمل الخاص ببرنامج تحليل البيانات كملف Microsoft Excel مع استبدال mm/dd/yy بتاريخ تشغيل التعليمة البرمجية. أظهرت استجابات الإجهاد والاسترخاء لعينات القصبة الهوائية بعد الإجهاد المحوري أو المحيطي قبل التمدد إلى 10٪ ذروة أولية في حمل الإجهاد ، تليها نسبة مئوية من الانخفاض في الإجهاد على مدى 300 ثانية.أشارت استجابات إجهاد الإجهاد لعينة القصبة الهوائية الخاضعة لاختبار الفشل تحت الأحمال المحورية أو المحيطية بعد عدم وجود إجهاد ما قبل التمدد أو 10٪ قبل التمدد إلى إجهاد الفشل. تميزت الاختبارات الأولية بنجاح باستجابات الإجهاد والاسترخاء لأنسجة القصبة الهوائية حيث كان إجهاد الذروة الأولي أعلى في اتجاهات التحميل المحورية. وعلى النقيض من ذلك، كانت النسبة المئوية للانخفاض في الإجهاد أعلى في اتجاه التحميل المحيطي بالمقارنة مع اتجاه التحميل المحوري.كانت أوقات الاسترخاء أيضا أعلى في اتجاه التحميل المحوري من اتجاه التحميل المحيطي لنفس المجموعة قبل التمدد بنسبة 10٪. في بيانات الفشل ، كان إجهاد الفشل والقيم الإلكترونية أعلى في اتجاهات التحميل المحيطية في مجموعات ما قبل التمدد الصفرية و 10٪ ، في حين أن إجهاد الفشل المبلغ عنه في اتجاهات التحميل المحوري كان أعلى. تأكد من تسمية بيانات العينة التي تم اختبارها بشكل صحيح وتنسيق أعمدة رأس أوراق البيانات بشكل صحيح.هذه الخطوات ضرورية لتشغيل التعليمات البرمجية لتحليل البيانات. بالإضافة إلى الحدة ، يمكن أيضا دراسة استجابة الإجهاد والاسترخاء المزمنة. أيضا ، يمكن التحقيق في استجابة الإجهاد والاسترخاء شبه الساكنة.
