Un flux de travail est démontré pour la quantification absolue des interactions médicamenteuses-cellules porteuses à l’aide de la cytométrie en flux afin de permettre une meilleure évaluation rationnelle des nouveaux systèmes d’administration de médicaments. Ce flux de travail s’applique aux transporteurs de médicaments de tout type.
