Une nanoparticule peptide-poloxamine auto-assemblée (PP-sNp) est développée à l’aide d’un dispositif de mélange microfluidique pour encapsuler et délivrer in vitro de l’ARN messager transcrit. L’ARNm/PP-sNp décrit pourrait transfecter efficacement des cellules cultivées in vitro.
