Se desarrolla una nanopartícula de péptido-poloxamina autoensamblada (PP-sNp) utilizando un dispositivo de mezcla microfluídica para encapsular y entregar ARN mensajero transcrito in vitro . El ARNm/PP-sNp descrito podría transfectar eficientemente células cultivadas in vitro.
