측면 복벽의 근육에는 외부 복사근, 내부 복사근 및 횡단 복부가 포함됩니다. 외부 경사는 측면 굴곡 및 반대쪽 몸통 회전을 수행하는 반면 내부 복사선은 동측 몸통 회전을 수행합니다. 횡복근은 복부 근육계의 가장 깊은 층으로, 복강 내압을 높이고 척추의 분절 안정성을 증가시키는 기능을합니다1. 이러한 근육의 적절한 기능은 요통 위험을 줄이고 코어 안정성이 사지를 통한 힘과 힘을 증가시킬 수 있으므로 운동 능력을 향상시키는 데 중요합니다2.
