OA와 관련된 주요 문제 중에는 초기 단계에서 질병을 진단하는 데 어려움이 있으며 현재 사용 가능한 치료법은 통증 관리 및 글리코사미노글리칸과 같은 증상이 있는 느린 작용 약물(SYSADOA)로 제한됩니다. OA의 진단은 임상 증상과 영상 소견을 기반으로 합니다. 그러나 두 평가 사이의 상관관계가 부족하면 OA 진단 및 치료 시작이 수년간 지연될 수 있다2. OA는 퇴행성 과정과 낮은 등급의 염증이 특징이며, 이는 활액(SF) 분석을 통해 쉽게 조사할 수 있습니다.
