유세포 분석에서, 단일 입자는 높은 처리량, 다중모수 방식으로 분석되고, 부분집합은 분류된다17. EV의 이질성으로 인해, 단일 입자 유세포 측정이 이상적일 것이며, 이는 세포 분석의 패러다임에 따라 EV를 조사하는 데 사용되어 왔으며, 광 산란 및 형광 표지는 생리학 관련 특징 및 단백질 성분을 식별하는 데 사용됩니다18,19,20. 그럼에도 불구하고 기존의 유세포 분석은 sEV의 크기가 작고 표면 바이오마커가 적기 때문에 어려움을 겪고 있습니다. 유세포 분석의 감도는 전방 산란(FSC), 측면 산란(SSC) 또는 형광 임계값 트리거 파라미터19를 사용하는 것과 관계없이 배경 잡음과 sEV를 구별하기 위해 검출 파라미터를 최적화함으로써 향상될 수 있습니다.
