Summary
Pour concevoir rationnellement des adjuvants efficaces, nous avons développé une émulsion de Pickering stabilisée par nanoparticules d’acide polylactique-co-glycolique (PNPE). Le PNPE possédait une douceur unique et une interface hydrophobe pour un contact cellulaire puissant et offrait une charge antigénique à haute teneur, améliorant l’affinité cellulaire du système de livraison aux cellules présentatrices d’antigènes et induisant une internalisation efficace des antigènes.
