BBB는 혈액과 뇌 실질 사이의 분자 교환을위한 동적 인터페이스입니다. 구조적으로, BBB는 기저막, 혈관주위세포, 및 성상세포 말단발4에 의해 둘러싸인 접합 복합체에 의해 상호 연결된 뇌 미세혈관 내피 세포로 구성된다.
