Внутривидовая конкуренция возникает, когда представители одного и того же вида конкурируют за ограниченный ресурс в одно и то же время1. Напротив, межвидовая конкуренция происходит между представителями двух разных видов2. Внутривидовая конкуренция подразделяется на два типа, включая интерференцию (адаптированную) и эксплуатацию (конкуренцию), и возникает в зависимости от типа спорного ресурса, такого как пища и территория3.
Существование социальных иерархий невозможно без доминантно-покорных отношений (ДСР). Доминирование проявляется как «победа», а подчинение — как «проигрыш» в парах животных4. Однако DSR появляются не только парами, но и группами по три и более. В 1922 году Торлейф Шельдеруп-Эббе описал иерархию доминирования у домашних кур. Основными отличительными признаками между доминирующими и подчиненными животными были время, проведенное у кормушки, и агрессивное поведение. Иерархия доминирования делится на две формы: линейную и нелинейную5. Линейное доминирование включает в себя две группы: А и В. В этой парадигме транзитивных отношений6 группа А доминирует над группой В, или группа В доминирует над группой А. Нелинейное доминирование возникает, когда существует по крайней мере одно круговое отношение: А доминирует над В, В доминирует над С, а С доминирует над А7.
Модели оценки доминантно-покорного поведения существуют для различных видов, включая грызунов, птиц8, нечеловекообразных приматов 9,10,11 и людей 12. Метод доминантно-сабмиссивного хорошо представлен в литературе и был применен в качестве модели для оценки мании и депрессии13, а также активности антидепрессантов14. Эта модель была использована для исследования стресса в раннем возрасте после материнского разделения у взрослых крыс15. Парадигмы DSR можно разделить на три модели: редукция модели доминантного поведения 13,16, редукция моделиподчиненного поведения 14 и клонидин-реверсная модельдоминирования 17.
Это исследование демонстрирует исследование DSR с помощью задач, основанных на пищевой конкуренции. Преимуществами этого метода являются его легкая воспроизводимость и возможность наблюдать и точно анализировать доминантно-сабмиссивное поведение. Кроме того, поведенческая задача «доминант-сабмиссив» опирается на еду, а не на территорию, в отличие от сопоставимых поведенческих задач, что делает эту поведенческую задачу более дешевой и простой, и исследователям не нужно проходить сложную подготовку для выполнения задачи и обработки данных.
Общая цель настоящего исследования - продемонстрировать развитие DSR после черепно-мозговой травмы (ЧМТ). ЧМТ связана с социальными нарушениями, депрессией и тревогой. Модель индуцирования ЧМТ представляет собой простую и эффективную стандартную модель, которая предполагает индуцирование черепно-мозговой травмы с помощью жидкостного перкуссионного устройства18,19.
