갑상선암은 가장 흔한 내분비 악성 종양 중 하나이다1, 갑상선 상피에서 유래한다. 최근 몇 년 동안 갑상선암의 발병률은 전 세계적으로 급격히 증가하고있습니다 2. 갑상선암은 종양 세포 분화 정도에 따라 크게 종류가 뚜렷할 수 있다. 임상 행동 및 조직학에 기초하여 갑상선 암종은 유두상 갑상선 암종(PTC) 및 여포성 갑상선 암종(FTC), 저분화 암종(PDTC), 미분화 또는 역형성 갑상선 암종(ATC)을 포함한 잘 분화된 암종으로 나뉩니다3. 경미한 행동과 더 나은 예후를 보이는 흔한 유형인 PTC와는 대조적으로4, ATC는 모든 갑상선 종양의 2%에서 3%를 차지하는 희귀하고 매우 공격적인 악성 종양이다5. spontaneous murine model of anaplastic thyroid cancer

역형성 갑상선암(ATC)은 드물지만 치명적인 악성 종양으로 예후가 좋지 않습니다. ATC 환자에서 표준 치료법이 본질적으로 고갈되기 때문에 치료 방법뿐만 아니라 ATC의 발암 및 개발에 대한 보다 심층적인 연구가 시급합니다. 그러나 낮은 유병률은 철저한 임상 연구와 조직 샘플 수집을 방해하여 효과적인 치료법을 만드는 데 거의 진전이 없었습니다. 우리는 유전 공학을 사용하여 C57BL/6 배경에서 조건부 유도 가능한 ATC 쥐 모델(mATC)을 만들었습니다.
