Den nuværende protokol kombinerer ex vivo-stimulering og flowcytometri til analyse af polyfunktionelle T-celleprofiler (TPF) i mononukleære celler (PBMC'er) i perifert blod mononukleære celler (PBMC'er) hos japanske encephalitisvirus (JEV)-vaccinerede børn. Detektionsmetoden og flowcytometrifarveskemaet for JEV-specifikke TPF'er blev testet for at give en reference til lignende undersøgelser.
