O presente protocolo combina estimulação ex vivo e citometria de fluxo para analisar perfis polifuncionais de células T (TPF) em células mononucleares do sangue periférico (PBMCs) em crianças vacinadas com o vírus da encefalite japonesa (JEV). O método de detecção e o esquema de cores da citometria de fluxo de TPFs específicos do JEV foram testados para fornecer uma referência para estudos semelhantes.
