Detta protokoll kombinerar ex vivo-stimulering och flödescytometri för att analysera polyfunktionella T-cellprofiler (TPF) i mononukleära celler i perifert blod (PBMC) inom japanskt encefalitvirus (JEV) -vaccinerade barn. Detektionsmetoden och flödescytometrifärgschemat för JEV-specifika TPF testades för att ge en referens för liknande studier.
