כדי לשפר את היעילות של בדיקות רגישות מיקרוביאלית (AST) ובדיקות פאגים בתפוקה גבוהה עבור חיידקים עמידים ולהפחית את עלות האיתור, פותחה מערכת סינון חכמה של AST/פאגים בתפוקה גבוהה, הכוללת חיסון מטריצה של 96 נקודות, ממיר רכישת תמונה ותוכנה מתאימה, על פי קריטריוני AST ונקודות השבירה של התנגדות (R) שגובשו על ידי מכון התקנים הקליני והמעבדה (CLSI).
