체외 항생제 감수성 검사(AST)는 요법을 모니터링하고 항생제 내성 수치를 감지하기 위한 핵심입니다. 이는 항균 약리학의 중요한 부분이며 임상 약물의 중요한 기초입니다. 미국의 CLSI(Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute)와 EUCAST(European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing)는 AST의 국제 기준을 공식화 및 개정하고 AST 방법 및 중단점을 지속적으로 수정 및 보완하여 특정 "유기체-항균제" 조합의 MIC를 민감성(S), 내성(R) 또는 중간체(I)로 결정합니다.3, 4입니다.

내성 박테리아에 대한 항균제 감수성 검사(AST) 및 파지 고처리량 스크리닝의 효율성을 개선하고 검출 비용을 줄이기 위해 96도트 매트릭스 접종기, 이미지 획득 변환기 및 해당 소프트웨어를 포함한 지능형 고처리량 AST/파지 스크리닝 시스템이 AST 기준 및 CLSI(Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute)에서 공식화한 내성(R) 중단점에 따라 개발되었습니다. 중국 산둥성의 가금류에서 분리한 1,500개의 살모넬라 균주의 최소 억제 농도(MIC) 분포(R/8에서 8R까지)와 10개의 항균제에 대한 통계는 지능형 고처리량 AST/파지 스크리닝 시스템에 의해 수행되었습니다.
