조화로운 양안 협응과 시각적 자극에 대한 적절한 조절 및 안구 운동 반응은 일상 생활의 중요한 측면입니다. 개인이 안구 운동 기록을 통해 정량화한 수렴 안구 운동 반응 속도가 감소하면 복시(복시)가 인식될 수 있습니다 1,2. 또한, 코크란 문헌 메타 분석에 따르면 정상적인 양안 시력을 유지하려고 시도하는 안구 운동 기능 장애가 있는 환자는 흐릿함/복시, 두통, 눈의 스트레스/피로, 편안하게 읽기 어려움 등 일반적으로 공유되는 시각적 증상을 경험한다고 보고했습니다3. 빠른 접합 안구 운동(단속)은 결핍될 때 시각적 표적에 과소 반응하거나 과잉 반응할 수 있으므로 이 오류를 수정하기 위해 추가 순차적 단속이 필요합니다4. 이러한 안구 운동 반응은 또한 렌즈에서 나오는 빛의 부적절한 초점이 흐림을 생성하는 조절 시스템에 의해 혼란스러울 수 있습니다5.
전자 장치를 읽거나 작업하는 것과 같은 작업에는 안구 운동과 조절 시스템의 조정이 필요합니다. 양안 안구 운동 또는 조절 기능 장애가 있는 개인의 경우 양안 융합(단일) 및 예리한(명확한) 시력을 유지할 수 없으면 삶의 질과 전반적인 생산성이 저하됩니다. 반복 가능한 계측 구성과 객관적인 분석을 통해 이러한 시스템을 독립적이고 조화롭게 정량적으로 기록하기 위한 절차적 방법론을 수립함으로써 특정 결함에 대한 적응에 대한 구별되는 특성을 이해할 수 있습니다. 안구 운동의 정량적 측정은 기존의 방법에 비해 보다 포괄적인 진단6 으로 이어질 수 있으며, 치료적 개입을 통한 치료 가능성을 예측할 수 있다. 이 계측 및 데이터 분석 제품군은 시력 치료와 같은 현재 치료 표준의 메커니즘과 치료 개입이 환자에게 미칠 수 있는 장기적인 영향을 이해하기 위한 통찰력을 제공합니다. 정상적인 양안 시력이 있는 개인과 그렇지 않은 개인 간의 이러한 정량적 차이를 설정하면 새로운 개인화된 치료 전략을 제공하고 객관적인 결과 측정을 기반으로 치료 효과를 높일 수 있습니다.
