발치 후 소켓 치유는 일반적인 임상 시나리오로, 바람직하지 않은 치유 하에서 소켓 출혈, 드라이 소켓, 심지어 턱 골수염과 같은 바람직하지 않은 합병증을 초래할 수 있다 1,2,3. 이러한 동반 질환은 환자의 삶의 질을 저하시킬 수 있으며, 더 나쁜 것은 대규모 뼈 손실로 인한 보철 재활에 심각한 어려움을 줄 수 있습니다4. 소켓 치유 단계가 해명되었지만 다양한 예후 문제에 직면했을 때 발치 후 임상 치료를 지시하기에는 부적절합니다4.
소켓 치유 과정의 기본 메커니즘을 더 잘 이해하고 위의 상황을 피하기 위해 동물 모델을 기반으로 한 여러 연구가 수행되었습니다. Sp7은 골격 발달, 뼈 지혈 및 뼈 재생에 중요한 역할을 하는 조골세포 분화의 마스터 조절제입니다 5,6. 합리적인 소켓 치유 모델은 뼈 재생에서 외상 후 Sp7의 중복성을 표시할 수 있습니다. 또한, 장골 골절 치유와는 달리, 단 하나의 골형성 과정, 막내 골화만이 추출 소켓(7)의 치유 과정을 수반한다. 따라서 임플란트 골유착은 동일한 골형성 규칙을 따르기 때문에 동물 치아 발치 모델은 임플란트 기반 치료법을 연구하는 데 최적입니다8.
