정밀 간 수술의 발전으로 해부학적 간절제술이 빠르게 발전했습니다. 그러나 간절제술의 절제면을 정확하게 결정하는 방법은 핵심이자 불확실성의 영역입니다. 일반적으로, 글리슨 척추경은 허혈성 영역(허혈성 영역)4에 따라 표면 경계를 구분하기 위해 결찰된다. 심부 평면의 제어를 위해, 간정맥(hepatic vein)과 문맥 가지(portal branch)를 포함한 해부학적 랜드마크는 절개술(transsection) 중 수술 중 초음파 유도에 따라 자주 사용된다5. ICG 형광 염색법은 포지티브 염색과 음성 염색으로 나눌 수 있다9. 음성 염색 기법은 분절 문맥 척추경(10)을 클램핑한 후 정맥 ICG 주사에 의해 수행된다. 그러면 잔여 간은 형광을 나타내지만 문맥 영역은 형광을 나타내지 않습니다. 전통적인 방법과 비교하여 형광 항법에서 해부학적 간절제술은 간 표면에 절제 경계를 표시할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 심부 절제 평면을 안내할 수 있습니다. 반간절제술과 분절간절제술의 경우 네거티브 염색 기술이 권장됩니다. 현재까지 형광 항법을 이용한 해부학적 간절제술은 간 수술에서 널리 사용되는 방법이 되었다11,12. 이 기사에서는 형광 복강경 중앙 간절제술을 위한 음성 염색 기술에 대해 설명합니다. 환자는 Child-Pugh 점수 시스템에 의해 수술 전 분류되었으며, 이에 따라 클래스 A 점수를 받은 환자는13명으로 선택되었습니다.

복강경 간절제술은 간암의 중요한 치료 방법입니다. 과거에는 절제 경계가 일반적으로 수술 중 초음파, 중요한 혈관 구조 및 외과 의사의 경험에 의해 결정되었습니다. 해부학적 간절제술의 발전으로 이러한 유형의 수술, 특히 인도시아닌 그린(ICG) 유도 해부학적 간절제술에 시각 수술 기술이 점차 적용되었습니다.
