새로운 이미징 기술인 근적외선 II(NIR-II, 1000-1700nm) 형광 이미징은 높은 감도, 심층 조직 침투, 공간 및 시간 해상도를 통한 우수한 이미징으로 인해 생물 의학 분야에서 상당한 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다. 그러나 의학 및 약학과 같이 시급히 필요한 일부 분야에서 NIR-II 형광 이미징의 구현을 용이하게 하는 방법은 관련 연구자들을 당황하게 했습니다. 이 프로토콜은 DAD(기증자-수용체-기증자) 골격이 있는 NIR-II 형광 분자 프로브 HLY1의 구성 및 바이오이미징 응용 분야에 대해 자세히 설명합니다. 고해상도 혈관 및 종양 영상화는 근적외선에서 형광 나노프로브에 의해 실현되어 혈관 질환 및 암을 지시하는 정확하고 효과적인 방법을 제공합니다. NIR-II 창에서 생체 내 이미징을 통해 살아있는 피사체를 깊이 들여다볼 수 있어 생물의학 연구 및 임상 응용을 위한 기회를 얻을 수 있습니다. 시중에서 판매되는 검은색 판지를 이미징 장치의 캐리어 중앙에 배치하여 근적외선 II 또는 NIR-II 이미징을 준비합니다.그런 다음 샘플을 검은색 판지 위에 올려 캐리어 중앙에 오도록 합니다. 적절한 필터를 선택한 후 플랫폼 높이 조정을 수행합니다. 캐리어 콘솔 제어 영역의 터치스크린 인터페이스에서 플랫폼 옵션을 길게 눌러 위쪽으로 이동합니다.그리고 플랫폼을 아래로 길게 눌러 아래쪽으로 이동합니다.
