1. 准备手术小鼠

</ol>2. 外科手术
注意：外科手术的所有方面都使用无菌器械和无菌技术。小鼠在整个手术过程中继续用异氟醚（2-4%）麻醉，约10-20分钟。

</ol>3. 制备CAR-T细胞
