유세포 분석법의 표준화는 어려운 과제입니다. 실험실 전반에서 발생하는 문제는 표준화된 재료의 부족, 소프트웨어 호환성 문제, 기기 설정의 불일치, 서로 다른 유세포 분석기 간의 서로 다른 구성 사용 및 센터 간의 다양한 게이팅 전략에 기인합니다 3,4. 따라서 실험실 간의 갭 분석을 수행하는 것이 중요합니다. 시료 접근, 품질 시스템, 인력 자격 및 기기 구성을 검토하여 요구 사항이 충족되는지 확인해야 합니다.
현재 일본뇌염(JE) 백신을 접종한 어린이는 JE5의 발병률이 유의하게 감소했습니다. 말초 혈액 면역 세포를 모니터링하면 백신 접종 후 세포 매개 적응 면역의 변화와 말초 혈액 림프구 하위 집합의 변화와 백신 접종 효과 간의 상관 관계를 이해하는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 전혈 샘플의 제한된 안정성으로 인해 백신 효능 평가는 종종 여러 센터에서 수행됩니다. 이 분석을 위해 우리는 나이브 CD8+ 또는 CD4+ T 세포를 CD27+ CD45RA+로, 중심 기억 T 세포(TCM)를 CD27+ CD45RA-로, 이펙터 기억 T 세포(TEM)를 CD27-CD45RA-로, 말단 분화 이펙터 기억 T 세포(TEMRA)를 CD27-CD45RA+로 정의했습니다.
