Este protocolo descreve a coleta, sutura e monitorização de retalhos fasciocutâneos em ratos que permitem boa visualização e manipulação do fluxo sanguíneo através dos vasos epigástricos superficiais inferiores por meio de pinçamento e ligadura dos vasos femorais. Isso é fundamental para estudos envolvendo pré-condicionamento isquêmico.
