급성 심근경색증(Acute myocardial infarction, AMI)은 관상동맥에 대한 심각하고 지속적인 허혈 및 저산소증에 의해 유발되는 생명을 위협하는 심근 괴사이다 1,2. 경피적 관상동맥 중재술(PCI)은 AMI의 1차 치료 전략 중 하나이며, 일반적으로 허혈성 손상으로부터 심근세포를 보호한다 3,4. 원위 심근은 AMI 후 신속하고 효과적으로 치료하지 않으면 혈액과 산소 공급이 부족하여 허혈성 괴사와 심혈관 합병증을 유발합니다 5,6. PCI 수술 기회를 놓친 후 심근 세포 회복을 촉진하고 돌이킬 수 없는 심근 손상을 최소화하는 것은 연구 핫스팟이었습니다.
