다중 광산란(MLS)의 원리를 바탕으로 PEF 추출물에 대한 빠른 안정성 평가 방법을 확립하고 불안정성 메커니즘을 분석했습니다. MLS는 근적외선 광원의 스캐닝을 기반으로 하는 측정 방법입니다. 용액 시스템 변경은 광도의 변화를 초래합니다. 입사광은 샘플의 입자에 흡수되거나 침투될 때 산란됩니다. 시스템은 샘플을 통과할 때 전송 광 신호를 기록합니다. 샘플의 광선 투과율이 좋지 않은 경우 시스템은 후방 산란 광 신호를 기록합니다. 육안 관찰과 비교할 때, 이는많은 시간을 절약할 수 있고1 불안정 현상을 빠르고 정확하게 분석할 수 있어 추출 공정의 최적화를 안내하는 데 보다 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

한약의 추출 중간체는 준비 과정에서 핵심 중간체이며 안정성은 최종 제품의 효과와 품질에 중요한 영향을 미칩니다. 그러나 기존의 안정성 평가 방법은 시간이 많이 걸리고 노동 집약적이며 복잡한 장비(예: 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피)의 장기 관찰 및 작동이 필요하며 시스템의 불안정성에 대한 물리적 정보를 더 많이 얻기가 어렵습니다. 따라서, 한의학의 신속하고 정확한 안정성 분석 기술 확립이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 다중 광산란은 시료의 성질이나 상태를 바꾸거나 유기 시약을 사용하지 않고 환경 친화적인 방식으로 한약의 안정성을 정확하고 신속하게 평가할 수 있는 최첨단 분석 방법입니다.
이 작업에서, 다중 광 산란의 정확한 스캐닝 데이터를 사용하여, 본 프로토콜은 시간 경과에 따른 층 두께, 입자 이동 속도 및 평균 입자 크기에 대한 변동 곡선을 신속하게 획득하였다. 이를 통해 초기 단계에서 시스템의 불안정성을 유발하는 메커니즘과 중요한 특성을 정확하게 식별할 수 있었습니다. 참고로, 추출 공정에 대한 연구 기간은 시스템 안정성의 상세한 정량화를 통해 상당히 단축될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 다양한 추출 공정이 Phyllanthus emblica L의 안정성에 미치는 영향을 빠르고 정확하며 심층적으로 분석할 수 있습니다.
