制御可能な性能を有する柔軟な競合圧力センサを作製する新しい手法を提案した.これは、誘電体層の空隙率を制御するために溶媒質量分率を調整することによって達成される。競争力のある圧力センサーの最適化は、高度な微細加工設備の使用を回避する、コスト効率が高く簡単な操作方法によって達成されます。多孔質PDMS誘電体層を製造するには、濾過した糖とエリスリトール粉末を質量比20対1で秤量し、振とうして均一に混合する。市販の砂糖エリスリトール金属型に混合物を充填し、表面を押してフィラーをコンパクトにします。混合物を摂氏135度の対流式オーブンで2時間加熱する。加熱後、混合物を室温で冷ましてから、塊板の砂糖を取り除きます。多孔性制御可能なPDMS誘電体層を作製するには、5グラムのトルエン、5グラムのPDMSベース、および0.5グラムのPDM硬化剤を遠沈管に計量し、溶液を均一に攪拌します。溶液を875Gで室温で30秒間遠心分離し、気泡を除去します。正方形の砂糖-エリスリトール多孔質テンプレートをペトリ皿に入れます。両面テープをスペーサーとして四隅の下に挿入し、テンプレートをペトリ皿の表面から持ち上げます。PDMSトルエン溶液をテンプレートに注ぎ、皿を少し傾けて砂糖粒子間のすべての隙間を埋めます。次に、皿を真空デシケーターに入れ、20分間脱気します。脱気後、皿をデシケーターから摂氏90度のオーブンに45分間移し、トルエンを蒸発させ、液体PDMSを硬化させます。次に、多孔質テンプレートに埋め込まれた硬化PDMSをイオン交換水に浸す。砂糖テンプレートが完全に溶解するまで摂氏140度のホットプレートで加熱し、多孔質PDMSを脱イオン水で洗浄します。ECPCに基づくフレキシブル電極層の作製のために、まず、ビーカーに0.16グラムのカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)と4グラムのトルエンを計量してECPCインクを合成する。溶媒の蒸発を防ぐためにビーカーをシーリングフィルムで覆い、250RPMで90分間磁気的に攪拌します。ビーカーに2グラムのPDMSベースと2グラムのトルエンを量り、200RPMのマグネチックスターラーに1時間置きます。両方の溶液を調製した後、CNTsトルエン懸濁液をPDMSベーストルエン溶液と混合し、ビーカーをシーリングフィルムで覆う。250RPMで2時間磁気的に攪拌します。混合後、ビーカーの蓋をして、0.2グラムのPDMS硬化剤を混合溶液に加えます。摂氏75度、250RPMで1時間磁気的に攪拌します。電極をスクレイプコートするには、トルエン、PDMSベース、およびPDMS硬化剤を質量比2〜10対1の遠沈管に計量し、溶液を均一に攪拌します。その後、溶液を875Gで室温で30秒間遠心分離し、気泡を除去した。1.3グラムのPDMSトルエン溶液を、エンボス電極パターンを備えた市販の電極金型に注ぎます。金型を真空デシケーターに入れ、10分間脱気します。次に、金型内のPDMSを摂氏90度のホットプレートで15分間硬化させます。室温で冷却後、パターン化されたPDMSフィルムを剥離する。PDMSフィルムの平坦面をシリコンウェーハに取り付けます。ECPCインクを電極パターンにスクレイプコートします。ECPCのインクをホットプレートで摂氏90度で15分間硬化させます。ソフト静電容量センサーの接着とパッケージングのために、金属線を電極に取り付けます。良好な導電性のために接続位置に銀導電性塗料を落とし、銀導電性塗料が乾くまで待ちます。PDMS溶液を接続部にドロップして、乾燥した銀導電性塗料を完全にシールします。PDMSを摂氏90度のホットプレートで15分間硬化させます。硬化後、手順を繰り返して、上部電極層と下部電極層にワイヤを接続します。電極層と誘電体層を接合するための密着層として、電極膜上にPDMSの薄層を均一に塗布します。次に、作製した多孔質PDMS誘電体層を電極層上に配置した。PDMS接着剤を摂氏95度で10分間硬化させます。ガラスのペトリ皿を多孔質PDMSの上に置き、加熱中に2つの層間の良好な接触を確保します。PDMSの薄層を他の電極層に均等に塗布します。次に、接合された電極誘電体層を逆にし、もう一方の単一電極層に配置します。2つの電極を位置合わせした後、多孔質PDMS層と他方の電極層との接合を終了する。センシング性能をテストするには、ステッピングモーターを制御して、プログラムされた距離だけ垂直に下に移動するようにインデンターを駆動します。負荷圧力が40ニュートンに達するまで、連続する各負荷サイクルで同じ間隔で負荷力を増加させることにより、静電容量と標準圧力データを記録します。ここでも、ステッピングモーターを制御し、静電容量と標準圧力データを記録します。標準圧力測定値の関数としてテスト対象のデバイスの静電容量を記録しながら、2, 500サイクルのロードおよびアンロードテストを繰り返します。インデンダーを制御してすばやく押し下げ、数秒間安定した状態を保ってから、ニュートン荷重ゼロに戻ります。この手順を5回繰り返し、静電容量を時間の関数として記録します。異なるPDMSトルエン質量比で作製した多孔質PDMS誘電体層の光学顕微鏡像は、PDMSトルエン溶液の質量比の増加とともに細孔壁厚が減少することを示した。シミュレーション解析では、気孔率が高いほど圧縮ひずみが大きくなり、同じ圧縮圧力下で直線性が向上することが示されました。PDMSトルエン質量比の異なる多孔質PDMS誘電体層を有するセンサの静電容量圧力応答曲線は、異なる感度を示した。0〜10キロパスカルの圧力負荷範囲では、1対1のPDMSトルエン質量比を有するセンサは、8対1のPDMSトルエン質量比を有するセンサのそれよりも2倍高い感度を示した。圧力が上昇すると、誘電体層の細孔のサイズは徐々に小さくなり、すべての気孔率で同じレベルに達するまで感度が低下しました。10キロパスカルの同じ負荷圧力下での5回の連続した負荷、荷降ろしテストに対する容量性応答が示されています。ロードの応答時間は0.2秒であることがわかりました。周期試験により、製造されたソフト静電容量センサーは2, 500サイクル後に優れた再現性を有することが明らかになった。PDMSトルエンの質量比が増加すると、PDMS誘電体層の気孔率が低下し、センサーの性能に影響します。
