일주기 리듬 교란은 외부 환경 또는 행동과 내인성 생체 시계 사이의 비동기화를 말합니다. 일주기 리듬 장애의 가장 흔한 원인 중 하나는 수면 부족이다1. 수면 부족은 인체 건강에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 암2 및 심혈관 질환3을 포함한 많은 질병의 위험을 크게 증가시킨다. 그러나 수면 부족의 해로운 영향의 기저에 있는 메커니즘은 아직 거의 알려져 있지 않으며, 수면 부족 모델을 확립하는 것은 이와 관련하여 우리의 이해를 높이는 데 필수적입니다.
