BTE 시스템은 CCPP의 실험실 진단 능력을 100% 이상 증가시켰으며 PCR 분석을 사용하여 고품질 핵산의 정제 및 감귤류의 이식편 전염성 병원체의 다운스트림 검출에 적합한 감귤류 조직 추출물을 지속적으로 생산했습니다. 보다 구체적으로, BTE는 조직 처리 시간을 샘플 당 24 시간 이상에서 ~ 3 분으로 단축하고 $ 60,000 이상의 비용이 드는 실험실 장비를 교체했으며 (그림 2, 2-4 단계) 더 큰 샘플 크기를 처리 할 수있었습니다.
