1. 定量自发荧光（QAF）图像采集

</ol>4. 设置 - 数据存储

</ol>6. 将 QAF 映像注册到 OCT 映像（使用的插件：Register_OCT_2）
注意：需要此步骤才能将 OCT 图像与 QAF 图像准确对齐，以便对齐 QAF 图像和 OCT BScan 中的病变。
<ol><li>通过下拉菜单访问插件 |Spectralis，或创建一个热键来访问所使用的不同插件。为此，请在“插件”|Register_OCT_2”快捷方式 |添加快捷方式并选择所需的热键。</li>

</ol>7. 创建用于比较的平均 QAF 图像（使用的插件：StandardRetina/BatchStandardRetina）
注意：QAF 值很大程度上取决于视网膜位置（例如，由黄斑色素引起的中央阴影）。因此，应将玻璃膜疣的QAF值与同一区域的标准QAF值进行比较。作为分析的先决条件， StandardRetina 会创建平均 QAF 图像（例如，来自年龄匹配的对照队列）的面图。生成的 enface 图显示了中央视网膜平均 QAF 值的逐像素图。

</ol>8. 注释感兴趣的分析区域（使用的插件：Mark_BScans_OCT）
