Dans ce travail, l’objectif est d’améliorer l’efficacité des médecines régénératives, en particulier la médecine régénérative cardiaque utilisant des cellules souches pluripotentes induites. Un moyen de masse simple et de purification de masse pour les cardiomyocytes avec une condition de culture de glucose retiré et de lactate ajouté. Une autre découverte concerne la méthode efficace de greffe des cardiomyocytes par publication des pôles cardiomyocytaires. Cette méthode de transplantation avec des pôles cardiomyocytaires a confirmé l’amélioration des greffes de pôles cardiomyocytes.
Cependant, l’absence d’interaction directe entre l’hôte et les cardiomyocytes du greffon a été constatée. Cette technique permet de réduire les invasions des tissus recevant les injections cellulaires. En conséquence, l’interaction directe entre l’hôte et les cardiomyocytes du greffon a été facilitée.
Cette technologie peut diminuer les blessures, les réponses inflammatoires et, éventuellement, la fibrose, c’est-à-dire la formation de cicatrices. Espérons que cette technologie sera appliquée à la prochaine génération de médicaments régénératifs, y compris la médecine régénérative cardiaque utilisant des cellules souches pluripotentes.
Nous avons déjà trouvé plusieurs façons d’apporter un mérite significatif à la médecine régénérative cardiaque. Ces études se poursuivront à l’avenir.
