</ol>3. 기증자 망막 현탁액 준비(그림 1)

큰 동물(예: 돼지, 원숭이)의 상대적으로 큰 눈과 작은 수정체와 달리, 쥐 눈의 작은 크기와 큰 수정체는 특히 물리적 공간 제약과 제한된 직접 시각화가 핵심 과제인 망막하 이식의 경우 수술 대상이 어렵습니다.

transpupillary-guided trans-scleral transplantation of subretinal grafts in a retinal degeneration mouse model
