局所麻酔胸腔鏡検査(LAT)は、診断されていない胸水を管理するために胸部医の間で認められている低侵襲診断手順です。このシングルポート手術は、軽度の鎮静下で患者に対して行われ、反対側の褥瘡の姿勢を伴います。これは、通常は気管支鏡検査室または手術室などの無菌環境で、手順に重点を置いた看護師と患者に焦点を当てた看護師のサポートを受けながら、1 人のオペレーターによって行われます。
