Die Kräutermedizin hat eine lange Geschichte und reiche Anwendungserfahrung in China und war die erste systematische Aufnahme in Shennongs Kräuterklassiker1. Die Entdeckung von Artemisinin bei Malaria förderte die Entwicklung der Kräutermedizin in ein neues Stadium1. Der Einsatz moderner wissenschaftlicher Technologien zur Aufdeckung des genauen Mechanismus der Kräutermedizin erhöht die Nutzungsrate und die Nachfrage nach Kräutermedizin und eröffnet einen neuen internationalen Markt dafür 2,3,4. Dies hat jedoch zu einer Reihe negativer Auswirkungen geführt. Laien haben ein vages Verständnis der Eigenschaften der Kräutermedizin, was die Verwendung von Kräutermedizin zu einem großen Sicherheitsrisiko macht5.
Rhodiola crenulata, eine der Pflanzen der Rhodiola-Arten, ist hauptsächlich in Tibet, im Nordwesten von Yunnan und im westlichen Sichuan Chinas verbreitet (Abbildung 1)6,7. Rhodiola crenulata umfasst Salidrosid, Tyrosol, Gallussäure und andere Verbindungen zur Behandlung hypoxischer Erkrankungen durch die Funktion "belebendes Qi und Förderung der Durchblutung, Puls klärend und Asthma beruhigend"8,9,10,11. Felduntersuchungen zeigen, dass Rhodiola crenulata in den alpinen Schuttzonen, Rinnen und Felsspalten in einer Höhe von 4.000-5.600 m zu finden ist. Ihre Vegetationsumgebung ist kalt, sonnenreich und strahlenintensiv und sie gehört zum Ökosystem der Almwiesen. Rhodiola crenulata kann je nach Wachstumsgelände in lamellären und punktförmigen Populationen verteilt werden, und der Genfluss kann durch Fremdbestäubung erfolgen.
Der Pollenabort der Gattung Rhodiola, die illegale Ausgrabung und die degenerierte ökologische Umwelt machen Rhodiola crenulata zu einer gefährdeten Art 6,12. Angesichts des hohen medizinischen Wertes von Rhodiola crenulata ist zu erwarten, dass gefälschte Produkte auf den Markt kommen. Dieser Artikel stellt den Lebensraum von Rhodiola crenulata und einige praktische Laborbestimmungsmethoden vor. Zunächst beobachteten wir die Wachstumsumgebung von Rhodiola crenulata und ihre medizinischen Eigenschaften. Zweitens wurde die Mikrostruktur des medizinischen Pulvers mikroskopisch beobachtet. Der letzte Schritt ist der entscheidende Punkt. Diese einfachen, bequemen und wirtschaftlichen Methoden können Rhodiola crenulata schnell identifizieren.

Das von uns angebotene Protokoll stellt eine kostengünstige, unkomplizierte und schnelle Methode zur Identifizierung verschiedener medizinischer Kräutermaterialien dar.Unser Labor wird seine zukünftigen Forschungsbemühungen auf die Untersuchung von zwei Hauptbereichen konzentrieren, der Verbreitung der Forschung im Zusammenhang mit Rhodiola crenulata und den pharmakologischen Auswirkungen dieser Art.
