<p> Menselijke embryonale stamcellen studies in de Teitell lab worden ondersteund door een Californische Instituut voor Regeneratieve Geneeskunde (CIRM) Seed Grant RS1-00313. <p class="jove_title"> Splitsen van menselijke embryonale stamcellen (hESC &#39;s) uitgeplaat op muis embryonale fibroblasten (MEF) </p><p class="jove_content"> Meestal een confluente hESC plaat kan worden gesplitst 1u06-01u10, afhankelijk van de specifieke hESC lijn. <p> Deze video laat zien hoe menselijke embryonale stamcellen (hESC &#39;s) groeien op muis embryonale fibroblasten (MEF) feeder-cellen. In de laatste stap vóór plating, wanneer de hESC &#39;s zijn geresuspendeerd, moeten zij worden van ongeveer uniform kolonie grootte en vorm.
