Elettroforesi viene utilizzata per separare miscele complesse di proteine ​​(per esempio, dalle cellule, frazioni subcellulari, frazioni colonna o immunoprecipitati), per indagare composizioni subunità, e per verificare l&#39;omogeneità dei campioni di proteine.
