<p> Denna serie av tre filmer visar hur man odlar stamceller från mänskliga embryon (hESCs) på musens embryonala fibroblaster (MEF) feeder celler (video 1), hur man passagen dem att Matrigel feeder cellfria plattor (video 2) och hur man underhåller hESCs av passaging i Matrigel mataren cellfria villkor (video 3).
