<p class="jove_content">מערכת העצבים המרכזית (CNS) של זחלי תסיסנית הוא מורכב הבינו היטב. אחת הדרכים לחקור את מערכת העצבים המרכזית היא להשתמש אימונוהיסטוכימיה לבחון את הביטוי של רומן שונים וחלבונים הסמן. הכתמה של הזחלים כל מעשי משום לציפורן קשה מונע נוגדנים לחדור בתוך חלל הגוף. על מנת כתם אלה רקמות יש צורך לנתח את הבהמה לפני תיקון ו מכתים. במאמר זה אנו מדגימים כיצד לנתח הזחלים תסיסנית מבלי לפגוע במערכת העצבים המרכזית. בגין על ידי קורעת את הזחל במחצית עם זוג מלקחיים בסדר, ולאחר מכן להפעיל את הקוטיקולה &quot;מבפנים החוצה&quot; כדי לחשוף את מערכת העצבים המרכזית. אם הניתוח מבוצע בזהירות CNS תישאר מחוברת לציפורן. אנחנו בדרך כלל לשמור על מערכת העצבים המרכזית מחוברת לציפורן בכל הצעדים קיבעון ו מכתים, ורק להסיר לחלוטין את מערכת העצבים המרכזית של לציפורן ממש לפני הרכבה דגימות בשקופיות זכוכית. אנחנו גם להראות כמה תמונות של נציג CNS הזחל מוכתם וחוה, גורם שעתוק לידי ביטוי משנה של נוירונים במערכת העצבים המרכזית. המאמר מסתיים בדיון על כמה שימושים מעשיים של טכניקה זו ועל הקשיים הפוטנציאליים שעלולים להתעורר.</p>
