引言

1. 准备（1-2小时;解剖前一天）

注意：除非另有说明，否则溶液，板和培养基在无菌条件下制备，并在使用前过滤（0.45μm）。制备分散酶（PBS中的11U / mL）和胶原酶II（PBS中的1.000 U / mL）的储备溶液，并将其储存在-20°C（表1）。在步骤4.2.6中解冻并用于二次消化。
