1. 在 2.5 毫升的媒体过夜中培养细菌文化

</ol>4. 第3天 - UPLC样品的准备在最后一天进行
<ol><li>打开热块至100°C。 在没有 SDS 的情况下煮样品 5 分钟，以阻止穆拉米酶消化。在室温下，在 16，000 ×克处进行 10 分钟的离心取样，然后将超自然（多发性现在可溶性）转移到 13 mm x 100 mm 玻璃管中。尽量恢复超自然，非常接近颗粒，而不会干扰它。</li>
