Abstract
קביעת מספר התאים בתרבית חשוב סטנדרטיזציה של תנאים התרבות בביצוע ניסויים quantitation מדויק. Hemacytometer הוא שקופיות זכוכית עבה עם אזור מרכזי מעוצב כמו חדר הספירה. ההשעיה Cell מוחל על אזור מוגדר וספר כך צפיפות התאים ניתן לחשב.
